Choosing Your Multi-Touch Creative
When setting up Multi-Touch creative on your campaign, you can choose from a number of options:
- Start With a Template
Use an existing template within the MNTN Ad Builder to build a dynamic Multi-Touch creative set. - Start With a Blank Ad
Use the MNTN Ad Builder to build a dynamic ad from scratch. - Select from My Creative
Choose a creative from your Creative Library. - Upload Static Creative
Upload Multi-Touch creative created outside of the MNTN platform.
Understanding Your Creative Status
In order to set your Multi-Touch creative live, your creative must undergo five status changes after upload:
Incomplete
Multi-Touch creative in the Incomplete stage requires the Tracking Parameters section to be completed. To complete this step, you must input your campaign tracking details including:
In Review
After completing your tracking details, your Multi-Touch Creative will enter the In Review status. All creative in this stage must undergo a manual review process by our Platform Experience team prior to being approved for serving across all networks and exchanges to ensure the content does not violate any of our Creative Content Guidelines.
Approved
In the Approved status, you will have two options based on your campaign type.
For Performance TV campaigns: Your Multi-Touch Creative need to be linked to a Video Creative to build your creative set and be eligible for serving.
Ready
Once your creatives are in the Ready stage, you will then be able to set your Multi-Touch Creative by updating your creative weighting.
Live
Once your creative is Live, your Multi-Touch Creative will begin to serve to your targeted users and you can monitor its performance and success directly from the reporting dashboard.
