Adding a User or Editing a User Profile
On the Users page, you will be able to manage user information, create or deactivate users and assign users to advertisers & hotels.
Managing User Information
Click the 'Manage User' button to view and/or edit your users' information, assign roles & permissions, and manage advertiser and hotel assignments.
You may create users with different user roles. Each role will have different permissions within the platform.
Can create other Hotel Admins
- Can create Advertisers for their Hotels
Can only see Advertisers in their assigned Hotels
Can invite Users and assign to their Hotels and Advertisers
- Have access to all features in the Advertiser(s) they are assigned to.
Creating Users and Invitations
Click the 'New User' green button on the main users page to generate the 'Invite New User' modal. Fill out the user information, select the role for that user and click 'Next'.
You will then move onto to assigning that user to hotels and advertisers.
Once you hit save, your invitation has been sent!
You can always check the status of your invitation in the Users list, as well as resend or revoke that invitation.
