In order to launch a Performance TV campaign, you'll need to upload your Video Creative. Your Video Creative will be served across all Living Room Quality inventory.

Uploading Your Video Creative File
With the Performance TV uploader, it's possible to upload your creative by:
- Choosing a File from your Computer
- Choosing a File from your Dropbox account
Your file must meet our minimum file specifications in order to be successfully uploaded. To see what type of file specifications need to be met for your file upload, please review our Video Creative Specs.
Understanding Your Video Creative Status
In order to set your Video Creative live, your creative must undergo five status changes after upload:
Video creative in the Incomplete stage requires the Tracking Parameters section to be completed. To complete this step, you must input your campaign tracking details including:
After completing your tracking details, your Video Creative will enter the In Review stage. All creative in this stage must undergo a manual review process by our Platform Experience team prior to being approved for serving across all networks and exchanges to ensure the content does not violate any of our Creative Content Guidelines. Please allow up to 24 hours for approval (during business hours).
Once Approved, your Video Creative will then need to be linked to Multi-Touch Creative to build your creative set and be eligible for serving.
Once your creatives have been linked and are in the Ready stage, you will then be able to set your Video Creative and Multi-Touch Creative live by assigning a weight to your Video Creative.
Once your creatives are Live, your Video Creative will begin to serve to your targeted users and you can monitor its performance and success directly from the reporting dashboard.
