You can reach our support team at any time by pulling down the drop-down menu and selecting 'Support'.
Simply follow the below steps and a representative will respond within 24 hours.
- Navigate to the My Account settings and select the Support tab.
- Your name and email address fields will auto-populate with the details of the signed-in user. If you'd like the support ticket to be linked to different user details simply enter the correct name and email address.
- Next, select the appropriate platform category for your request and, if applicable, select the Issue category that applies as well.
- Type in a description of either your question or the issue you've encountered including as much detail as possible. Attach any related images if applicable.
- Browse the suggested articles to see if any Help Center articles can assist in your questions. If you don't see a relevant article, select the Dont' See It Here checkbox then submit your message.
Note: Uploaded attachments have a max file size limit of 50MB per file and you can upload up to 5 files for each support request.
